Splint for carpal tunnel pain

Can anyone recommend a splint that helped with carpal tunnel pain?

The one I'm trying (photo attached) only worked well the first night. During subsequent nights the pain's woken me up after a few hours.

The blue one doesn’t come far enough up the hand, the one posted above is the one I used and it worked. Funnily enough I only had it for one summer, so I assume the heat made my wrist swell, causing the problem.

@PersephoneParlormaid good to know it works, thanks. I've brought this on myself using my phone far too much for surfing 😞
