Tinny echo in one ear after microsuction, has anyone had this?

Hi everyone! A couple of weeks ago, I had an infection in both ears. A specialist told me to get the wax cleaned out once the infection had cleared up, as my ears were very clogged. I had microsuction treatment in both ears two days ago, but since then, every time I speak, I hear my own voice with a tinny/metalic edge to it and it reverberates a bit. I hear all other sounds as normal and my left ear is fine. It's really annoying, and I'm worried that it's going to stay like this forever. Has this ever happened to any of you? Did it get better? Thanks in advance.

Your ears are adapting to the different sound environment. It should sort itself out soon.
