Gp ignored me, now diagnosed with RA and SLE

So tonight I’m drowning my sorrows.
Ive just been diagnosed with SLE and RA, been told I need two hip replacements, and same with neck( except that’s not an option). I’ve spent just over 10 years telling my gp I’m hurting everywhere, to be told ‘ welcome to menopause!’ And ‘eventually we’ll get the right hrt’, apparently migraines ease when you do!!
WTF am I supposed to do now?
please help

This happened to me, was told for so many years “it’s anxiety! It’s hormones! It’s your birth control!” Diagnosed with ehlers Danlos syndrome in my mid 30s - and the damage was done and irreversible.

My tip is not to drown your sorrows, it’s gonna make it worse. Sorry not very helpful.

@AutisticMumOf2 I know, but I’m home alone today and the reality has just hit.
I’ll pull myself together, there’s no choice.
Obviously you know what I mean. I’m sorry it happened to you to, hope you’re doing ok

Huge sympathies Flowers
I think it's fine and natural to wallow and rage a bit. It's certainly understandable.

For me, I have then channeled that "why did all the doctors miss this" energy into finding ways to raise awareness about my condition (Myasthenia Gravis) and the classic symptoms in the hope it makes it more likely someone else might spot them in themselves or someone else
