croup - will pharmacist give me the steroid tablet for my dd if I can't get to the gp?

Have phoned the gp and won't be back till after 4pm and ds has swimming then, so prob won't be back in time to get the prescription

Is cancelling swimming an option so that your DD can get checked over?

thanks all, gp phoned to say that he'd put a prescription to the pharmacy for me we have a fantastic gp surgery here, we are so lucky.

and it was ds' last swimmimg lesson with his beloved swimming instructor, have a card and pressie and everything which was why didn't want to cancel swimming, altho if dd had been very very ill i would have had her at the gps as an emergency.
