My ds who is 3 woke in the night with a temp and was complaining that his foot was hurting, therefore gave him ibuprofen which works well on him for up to 6 hours usually however he woke at 6.50am this morning thirsty and didn's want any breakfast however I have been observing him walking and he's wimpering walking on his tip toes and also saying his neck is sore and still got a temp of 38.5 at the moment - any ideas??
