Why are my fingers hot?

The fingers on one hand feel almost permanently hot nd puffy the way your hand gets after carrying heavy things in a carrier bag. Am I getting RSI or something?

does sound like inflammation although i thought rsi caused cold areas? have you tried taking ibuprofen?
