should i be worried? brother back in surgery after supposedly normal procedure????

He has been in today to have a routine procedure performed "down below" (circumcision for medical reasons) and due to internal bleeding in the area, has had to go back into surgery. ie. now as we speak. Is this normal? Is it easily rectified. Am really worried now, and can't get hold of anyone? Anyone know?

Hi, sievehead - sorry to hear about your worries. I just had a look on google and it came up with this site with information about adult circumcision. It says "As with any surgical procedure, bleeding and infection are risks."
