Natural suggestions for easing my daughter's heat-related eczema flare-up

DD (19) has a very itchy eczema flare up on her arms. We've tried the the usual creams but wanted something more natural? Think its likely heat related..She is very self conscious of it as her uniform at work doesn't cover it up! Any recommendations?

Oat-based creams/ointments such as Aveeno. Aveeno Dermexa is good too.

Oat baths.

I suffered with a patch of eczema following a traumatic bereavement years ago, the steroid cream the GP prescribed just worsened the problem. After switching to natural options, it cleared up within months.

Eczema free for years now.

Aloe gel or aloe plant leaves? And an antihistamine to take the edge off the itching. My eczema was awful as a child, at one point I was in hospital under the dermatologist and had wet wrap bandages at night to ease the dryness and itching. What laundry powder do you use? I found that the cheaper the non bio the better, like Aldi or Lidl. I also remember having a paraffin based ointment
