Breast thickness panic and endometriosis surgery tomorrow so scared

Does anyone else have thickened breast tissues in the upper outer area, I have always suffered with thickened tissue here and had a scan 6 months ago and they said normal gradual breast tissue, I saw my gp today because the area feels thicker and I swear I can feel a lump and she’s referred me to breast clinic in due on my period next week so not sure this is making it worse; but I’m in a massive panic again I know I have bad health anxiety and I have cbt for it but I just want hear positive stories, I have endometriosis surgery tomorrow so I’m in such a bad state at the minute

you had a scan and it was normal just a few months ago. youre worried about your health because of tomorrow anyway, so it’s easy to over think things and spiral.

i would reckon it will go after your period and is nothing. obviously get it checked out but youve got enough on your plate with your treatment tomorrow so give yourself permission to not worry about anything else.

yup. it’s where my bra digs in. i also have it between my big toe/next toe where my toe post flip flops dug in. My skin thickens to protect the area from chafing. Maybe that’s what you have too.
