Cold fingers and toes even during heatwaves, is that normal?

Is this a normal thing for some people or does it point towards any health issues?

I have a few health issues (endometriosis, adenomyosis, IBS, anxiety/depression) but I can't see any of these would cause this but I always have cold hands and feet. In the winter I am always very cold especially my hands, feet and nose but even now, in a boiling hot heatwave my fingers and toes are icy cold but my body is warm.

My thyroid has recently come back as normal. I'm having some investigations to check my iron. It was very low for years but an infusion a few years back saw the levels go up to normal but last week's tests have shown a high transferrin saturation for some reason. B12 and ferritin also normal.

My mum does have Raynauds as did my grandfather and heart issues run in that side of my family. As far as I know my heart is ok but I've never had it checked other than my pulse and blood pressure which are always ok.

Does anyone else get this? Is it just a normal thing for some people?

It's normal if you have Raynauds. If your mum and your grandfather both had it then I think you are describing that you have it too.

No. I’d say it’s a circulation issue. see your GP.
