Is there anything i can put on it to help soothe it a bit? i haven't wiped it, just been blowing but it is really stinging now.

I have found vaseline to be the best thing - it doesn't sting and forms a protective barrier.

Not a good look if you go out though as it's a bit shiney!

Yes vaseline is great. Try the one with Aloe vera

(have also found large bar of chocolate to be soothing. You put it in the hole under your sore nose and you feel MUCH better )

I thought the choccy thing may work actually, but alas none in the house

My mum used to put germolene on my raw nose when I had a cold. You could just about scrape me from the ceiling.

Me: "Ooow it really hurts!"
Mum: "Aye well, that means it's working!"

pucca · 24/06/2008 14:41

Oh no PPC...i can just imagine the pain!

I know it's bringing a tear to my eye just remembering it

EffiePerine · 24/06/2008 14:46
