swollen legs after pregnancy anyone got any ideas?

i had my baby 9 months ago, by c section. my healing has been fine, and have managed to lose all my baby weight , but i am left with swollen legs. they were not like this after dc 1. they did swell in both pregnancy but this has not gone down. i go gym few times a week, i tried water retention tablets aquaban but nothing happened anyone have any ideas what it is?

i did when i was pregnant but he just said i was too young to be tested whicch i dont get plus he did not say to be tested for what?

Go to your GP and get checked out - Are they really swollen? Have people that are close to you commented? Strange questions I know, but swollen legs, or ankles can be related to your circulation/heart - if you are that worried be persistent with your GP and mention this to them. I don't want to alarm you ( although I probably already have so sorry), but I have experience of something similar and my GP ignored me which was the wrong thing to do. Do you have any other symptoms?

i really dont know to be honest. my mum has noticed my legs, she said it before i told her. i will try get in touch with my gp tomorrow his urgery closed on tuesday. dont really have any problems with my heart
