My ds age 3 complained of a 'sore willy' today. It looks swollen and pinky-red (maybe half as big again as normal nearer the base than the tip), but is not agony in that he can touch it and I can touch it without him wincing. Had his bath OK and had Calpol. Is now asleep. Testicles not swollen or hurting apparently. Foreskin seems OK (uncircumcised). Googled and can only think it might be infection of some sort. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
