How to fade eczema scars

I am 46 years old. I have had various forms of eczema for several years and currently getting out of a bad flare up.
I have seen different previously unblemished parts of my body turn unseemly with eczema scars and hyperpigmentation and it makes me feel like crying, severely impacts my self-confidence. Currently, my calves, upper arms and upper back are rife with scars from previous flares.

Does anyone have tried and tested suggestions on how to get rid of these blemishes?

I'm currently tackling rosacea pigmentation and I use niacinamide (The Ordinary -10%+zinc) in the AM and transexemic acid serum (10%) in the PM. They are not pricey, so might be worth trying.
