She’s sent me a photo. Under her arm and one side of her waist. Could it be a heat rash or shingles?

Can anyone identify my friend’s rash?

I'm no expert but I have had shingles and it doesn't look like it to me.
Also, with shingles it was very painful and I felt miserable and unwell even before the rash appeared. My rash was blistery and painful enough to make me jump and squeal when the 'elastic band snapping on me' feeling happened.

If she's in any doubt it's shingles she should go to the doctor asap as getting the medication early really helps control the symptoms.

Thanks. She feels okay she says. That just looked like little blisters to me which is why I posted.

Could do with more pics tbh op.

Potentially scabies

Long shot but does she work in care/healthcare?

Could be shingles especially with it being one sided.
She should get it seen asap before it’s too late for antivirals

If she has been in the sun it could be
Polymorphic light eruption (PMLE) is the most common type of sun allergy, causing an itchy or burning rash to develop hours to days after sun exposure
