From around 145-160/90-98 to around 105/65

Which tbh is still a bit high for me but much more normal than the higher numbers

I've been regularly taking selenium, beta glucans and lutein as new supplements - i reckon its the selenium!

KatyMac · 25/05/2026 20:10

Well less exercise cos of more pain but, not a significant amount

Diet is pretty stable

I love beetroot on a sandwich but to drink? 😝

Im not sure which one caused it (annoyingly) as although I started them separately to monitor results my BP machine died and there was a delay getting a new one

Are you sure the old machine wasn't inaccurate?

KatyMac · 28/05/2026 11:32

Well I checked it against a borrowed machine and the new one has been checked on another person so...
