Being investigated for 2 episodes of colic type pain. However I have the pains at naval level and below. Has anyone elses gallstone pains presented this far down? I was always under the impression it was upper right or upper abdo.

No, mine were upper right just under the ribcage. I made an appointment with the GP thinking it was a chest infection but as soon as she felt a specific spot right under the lowest rib and saw my reaction she immediately suspected gallstones.

Just under the ribcage for me, which was the about the only evidence that I had I wasn't about to become the next I gave birth and I didn't know I was pregnant cautionary tale.
