Could these be seborrhoeic keratoses or flat warts on my back?

This is my back ( got dh to take a pic )
I knew I had a few what I thought was likely to be Seborrheic keratosis but was shocked to see so many !
Did a triage Dr's thing and the reply was just to put an emoillent on them so went to a pharmacy and had a face to face appointment with a pharmacist.
She said they might be flat warts and to treat with hydrogen peroxide twice a day .
For those in the know , what do you think they are and is the hydrogen a good call ?
Thank you

Yes they are called senile warts .l was most indignant when my GP told me that 🤣. I am just scraping mine off and putting Sudocreme on them .
They come back though 🙄

I'd always get checked out with a dermatologist, I've. never heard of hydrogen peroxide as a treatment, there might be something more effective.
