Does anyone have ABPA? -Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis ?

I have mild asthma and bronchiectasis. I was tested positive for ABPA years ago but never given any advice or treatment.
A recent CT scan has raised it again and I'm waiting to see a respiratory consultant.
Just wondering what other people's experience is?

You might have more luck on Facebook than here. I’ve got Bronchiectasis, but not ABPA. I recently attended a European virtual conference about Bronchiectasis. Aspergillosis was talked about. The recording is here:

The bit about Aspergillosis was in a section that started about two hours in.

Thanks @Mustardfan that's really interesting. Some useful stuff on bronchiectasis as well, I never feel my GP is very clued up on dealing with it.
