Does anyone know what this is under my bottom lip? (Pic included)

I have had this for months and sometimes it looks worse than others. I have tried various creams but nothing helps. Sometimes it’s flat and smooth and red and other times it’s white and flatly. Not itchy or sore.

I think we 'll need a different picture, it's very hard to see anything because its so grainy

If nothing helps, you need to go to the dr. They need to look and check it’s not something sinister that needs referral to dermatology.
It could be anything from a fungal infection to an SCC, it’s not something you should have randoms on the internet diagnosing tbh.

I had exactly this winter of last year , winter 24 .
It was a form of a cold sore , I had tto go to doctors as no cream would take it .
I was prescribed Zovirax tablets , they took it & it was gone for 1 week !
This basically was happening for about 3 months, gone for a week back again.
Then I went to diff doctor, he said sometimes the virus just lingers , so I was put on 10 Zovirax tablets per day .
He said we had to hit it hard .
Thank God , touch wood 🤞it got rid of it & haven’t had since .

Hopefully a bit clearer
