Bad scar on DD's nose seems to be getting worse :(

She is 6 now but fell over and cut her nose and top lip when she was 3 .
We went to the hospital and they put steri strips on it and said it was as though she had cheese grated her nose [ouch].
She has always had a small scar but today I noticed it seems to be getting more bumpy and larger .
I am worried she is goin to get paranoid about it when she is older is there anything I can do now or should I go and see my GP?

Try Bio-oil on the scar, it's worked really well for me. I would suspect that the scar is stretching as she is getting older, Bio oil would help to a certain extent.
