What are these on my fingers?

Been to doctors 3x (nurse, physician assistant and finally GP) and got three different diagnoses. I just need to manage it and for it to go away. Started as a small spot (like the one that you can see in photo on my ring finger, which is newer). Finger very swollen now. Not spread (no concerns of cellulitis). Wonder if anyone has seen anything like it before.

I have had something similar flair up. Maybe 5 or 6 times in recent years. I will try to find some photos, although I have no answers.

Chilblains?

What were the 3 x diagnoses?

It does look like a chilblain.

Does it itch? Have you tried antihistamines?

i was going to say chilblains as well. I had something similar. Sore and itchy finally worked out it was from my very cold fingers coming in contact with my hot tea mug.
