My NHS dentist has said I need to see a private periodontist for treatment on my gums. My dental hygiene is apparently good and my actual teeth are fine but I need specialist treatment quickly. Apparently the wait is long on NHS but I have no experience of private dentistry. Can anyone recommend someone who is good? I feel dreadful to be in this situation so really need someone who is kind.
