had hypnotherapy yesterday - teary today,

hypnotherapy for fear of flying - was really good, feel tearful today, is that usual? also, I have really done my back in, so wonder if it could just be that?

feel v teary and emotional

think she may have said I may but can't really remember everything she said!

Yes I get really teary I think it's to do with relaxing and letting go of stuff. We tend to hold everything in.

What did the hypno say to you? what sort of treatment was it, I guess it depends where the fear is coming from I'm guessing it would have an emotional cause. Maybe it goes deeper than you realised.

I havent had it - I am too much of a control freak to try it - but I am told that it is a way of access those deep seated feelings in a subconsious state, and I guess doing that would bring up all sorts of 'feelings' and possibly mkae you teary. can you call today to check it out? How do you feel about flying btw?

I was amazed I was under for 50 mins, it felt like about 5 mins

yes, think it is very deep-seated stuff that was stirred up....
