Oral B electric toothbrush recommendations

Looking for recommendations for a new oral B electric toothbrush that can use the heads in the photo (as there are 2 other oral Bs using these in the house and the other ones are expensive!). Doesn't need to be all bells and whistles but would love one that holds the charge well. Thanks!

Was in a similar position to you about a month or so ago. We have lots of heads and they've changed the heads for the very newest toothbrush. We got a Smart 6 version, which is an update from what we previously had but still uses these heads.
