Bad skin - everywhere except face. What can I do?

I’ve always been plagued with bad skin on my arms, legs and butt. Like keratosis pilaris, small red pimples. In the last few years it’s spread to cover my back and now my stomach! I’ve tried every KP cure going with no change. I am mid 40s.

what else could I try? Has anyone self referred to a dermatologist? I assume I would need to go private?

please share your own experiences. It’s really getting me down.

You can buy body washes and body moisturisers with salicylic acid that are supposed to help with KP, a friend of mine used them running up to her wedding. You can buy them at boots. Also, a brand called First Aid Beauty does a body scrub specifically for KP. Hope this helps ☺️

Thank you @quizzywizzy1, I’ve tried those with no success but will give them another go!
