Not feeling well. Had flu last year, then low vitamin D at 43, been supplementing so am not having the fatigue but now have crippling anxiety and my nervous system is broken- I've had this before where my little fingers feel numb, wierd twinges, pain, palpitations. Usually goes with removing stress, yoga, exercise. Can anyone advise what to improve on?

Key results:
Ferritin 85
Iron 14
Saturation 26%
Haemoglobin 140
Folate not tested but was 5.2 last October - seems quite low? I've had low folate before and thought I was dying.
Vit B12: Not tested but was 900 last October
Vit D 67

is the range not available for you to see?

Yes it's the NHS range. None of them are out of range just low end. I found some Vitabiotics I'm going to take.

I’d agree the folate is low. Not clinically low but worth trying supplements. For me a folate of 4.2 left me struggling, supplements bought me back to normality.
