Lump at back of neck

Whilst touching my neck I have found a lump quite hard to the side. No other symptoms and it’s scaring me. Will be making an app but wondering if anyone ever had similar and was fine. I do struggle with health anxiety after losing my daughter.

So sorry for your loss. I've had lumps which turned out to be swollen glands and one on my ankle which was never explained but went away on its own. You must get yours checked of course, maybe take a friend if it would help.

I had and actually still have one on the back of my neck to one side. Its a small sebacious cyst. Its right where lymph node is. GP was very quick to refer me under 2ww. Which is obviously scary. But was nothing. Consultsnt said most are nothing when seen. So try not to worry. If you have no other symptoms its likely nothing.
