My 22 month old has had a runny nose for 8 months. It started after she began creche and went on cows milk. She only goes to creche 2 days a week often no more than 5/6 hours.DH and I are both self employed. She has had 4 courses of anibiotics and also am trying homeopathic stuff. It is often green. She is otherwise happy confident and eats well. Please advise

Hi
My son also developed a constant runny nose after starting nursery aged 1 which I put down to all the germs at nursery. After months of the green runny stuff (sometimes was so thick eugh) one of the nursery staff said another boy who also had constant runny nose (not all of them had it all the time I then realised) had been put onto goat's milk rather than cows milk and this had cleared it up. I tried it and lo and behold no more runny nose! He is now 4 and only ever gets a runny nose if he has a cold (last time December and has one now).

I couldn't believe it, it was so easy. He has goat's milk as a drink but normal cheese/yoghurts but I would have used goat's milk yogs etc if he had still had a persistently runny nose.

On the side of one of the cartons of goats milk there is a picture of Anthony Worrall Thompson saying his daughter was the same as this until he changed to goat's milk!

Hope this helps.
