Red/purple feet within 5 minutes sitting down? What is this?

Does anyone know what this could be?

when I sit, within 5 minutes, my feet, not my legs, only feet become swollen and turn this purpleish/reddish color and feel very heavy too.

i can only sit with feet up now, completely unable to sit with legs/feet down!!

this happens even with compression socks.
