If she's had upset tummy the blood could just be irritation from that - that's happened to DS before. He was really poorly at the time, but recovered within a week and doctor didn't prescribe anything besides liquid diet and lots of rest (easier said than done -DS doesn't stay still for long!). She def needs to see doctor, but you're taking her today, so he will ask all the right questions. In the meantime if you're tepid sponging to keep fever down, giving Calpol and getting as many fluids down her as possible then you're doing all the right things. I wouldn't give her nurofen though as it can be irritating on an upset tummy, esp if there's some bleeding. Good luck, sympathies, it's horrid having a poorly toddler.
