Husband weird symptoms - just ageing?

Since Christmas my husband wasn’t feeling great and was dizzy and achey. Dr thinks it was a virus and his bloods seem ok.
ive noticed though that he’s started talking to himself a lot ( me and our teenagers often think he’s talking to us, stop what we’re doing and respond only to find out he wasn’t). He makes big exclamations too when he finds something where he doesn’t expect it to be or if the dog has been sick or whatever. Also he’s become terrible at parking, lining up wrong etc.
should we be worried or is this Manopause. He recently turned 50.

i would investigate further. He’s far too young for this to be an aging symptom

That’s not a normal symptom of ageing at 50.

He needs to see a doctor.

Sounds like be needs to see a neurologist.

Definitely follow up with GP.
