asparagus? It might not be specifically but some food can change the smell of urine, and this is the only one I can think of right now.

How long has it smelled bad?

Broccoli - seriously stinky stuff

My DH had a UTI that made his wee smell like rubber! No other symptoms like needing to wee etc but had a bit of a tummy ache. Easily fixed with antibiotics. Probably not this though. Hope you get it sorted.

BUMP - Yes, it could easily be a UTI.

My DD had one a couple of months ago that turned into a kidney infection with a 5-day hospital stay because I didn't realise that bad-smelling wet nappies were something to look out for (I also thought it was because she needed to drink more).

I could kick myself now, but at the time it just didn't trigger any real worry - I didn't even google it, and I'm usually a prolific consulter of Dr. Google.

So the first I knew about her kidney infection was a temp. of 38+ish that went on for two days (she also had a bit of a cold, so I had thought it was that).
