Thread veins on knees - photo included

I’m 39. I’ve got all of these thread veins appearing round my knees. Finding it upsetting. What can be done about it? I’m not overweight but they’re really obvious and I’m self conscious about them. Are they likely to get worse? Or if I have them treated will they come back? Any experience please? Mainly on one side 😞

Not sure where you are in the country and can’t see the photo. However I had mine treated by the Vein Clinic. I’m really pleased with the results. Cost about 1k including initial scan, stockings and 3 sessions.
