Chest Pain after Pneumonia

I had flu back at the end of November, then was diagnosed through A@E with Pneumonia, i had two lots of antibiotics and my recent chest scan is clear.
I still have chest and upper back pain where the pneumonia was on my right side, especially first thing in a morning. Also my throat constantly feels as though it’s full of form, is this normal, how long did anyone else’s pain last?

Sounds like Costochondritis - I had a chest infection in December and still have this pain. Should resolve by itself in time. I’ve been taking ibuprofen and using a hot water bottle on the affected area to ease the pain.

Thanks, Ive just looked that up and Im not sure it’s that, it’s the same pain i had when I had the pneumonia only not as severe.
Hope you feel better soon
