I have tried so many things with no change and I’m fed up with it. Please share if you found something that you are certain made a difference. Thank you!

Cod liver oil supplements for me too.

Demex foaming cleanser sorted mine - it was caused by demodex mites (Google at your own risk!).

My consultant recommended a good quality high-strength omega-3 supplement and it really has helped. Took a good few months though.

A heated eye mask (the type you heat in the microwave), followed by Eye Doctor eyelid wipes. Twice a day for the first few weeks after a flare up, then less often.

@MonicaBingGeller what type of blepharitis do you have? There are lots of different treatment options, but they depend on whether it's anterior or posterior or associated with another condition (like rosacea).

HRT coincided with mine disappearing…

Thanks all. Annoyingly I have tried pretty much all of these things. I don’t suffer badly from it (except the occasional flare up) but it’s still frustrating. In zoom calls where I can see myself I’m so aware of my eyes looking different to before and it feels yuck. Will go back to longer stints with the heated eye mask as I’m not sure I ever committed enough to that.

Oh I definitely did more than instructed with the eye mask and it worked for me. I don't advise though, at your own risk! I kept at it and did extra and it went away!
