Is there any medical/scientific reason why I get dizzy so easily, or is it just old fartdom?

I sit on a swing with dd - I get dizzy. I give her a little spin when she runs to me - I get dizzy. I look at something which is moving quickly in circles - I get dizzy ... you get the idea! It's something I noticed that started after having dd and is now even worse after ds (21wks). I don't think it's vertigo or anything like that but just wondered if anyone else has noticed that as they get older they get dizzy very easily. Even the thought of going on a rollercoaster makes me feel queasy!!

Are you breastfeeding? When I was breastfeeding I used to get borderline aneamic (sp?) and the first sign for me was always dizzyness. That Floradix stuff from the health food shop is really good.

I have low blood pressure and I can get dizzy sometimes. do you know what your blood pressure reading is?

One of my symptoms of low-iron was dizziness - gp & bloodtest?

hmmm I am bf-ing actually. I didn't think of that Bramshott. My bp is normal as far as I know, I've no history of low bp, was high towards end of pregnancy and while in labour actually. The blood test I had while pregnant showed borderline aneamia, but ds is now 21 wks.

My anaemia / dizzyness came on several times when I was breastfeeding DD1 and had stopped taking either iron supplements or floradix, so it might be worth a go?
