My ferritin level is 10 and I have just had the results back from my FIT test which are positive so I have been referred on the 2 week wait list. I had a calprotecin test in May 2025 which was 30 so normal.
I have had blue reflux and reactive gastritis for 10 years which has become unbearable and I can hardly stomach anything. No actual vomiting. I have a lot of bloating, gas and pain in my lower abdomen especially on my left side. My bowel movements have slightly changed but not drastically and no visible to the eye blood in stool.
I feel exhausted all the time, sores on my mouth that won't heal and headaches on and off.
I'm only 32 and really worried. Has anyone been through this?
