No matter how much sleep I get, I struggle so bad with waking up in the morning! I always feel absolutely shattered and sleepy, I could sleep all day. When I wake up, my eyes are heavy and stuck together, my body aches, my head aches and just recently I feel like I can't get any air. It takes me ages to feel "normal" and sometimes I just spend the whole day feeling sleepy, with zero energy or motivation. I don't know why this is. Anyone else?
Just to add, I have been having a stressful time lately, and I am in the middle of a relationship breakdown (I'll be moving out soon with my DS) but I don't actually feel that stressed about it, more relief.
This has been going on for weeks now,- the sleepiness and unable to get out of bed, I slept 13 hours last night and I still couldn't wake up properly. It's not normal.
