I used to use the diaphragm (dont know if it spelt right) years ago before the kids and never had any problems. Anyway started using it again a few months ago (not same one, new one from clinic) but noticed that when I was taking it out it had moved place from where I had put it in. So went back to the clinic and they said it sounds like it too small so gave me the next size up. So used it the other night. I woke up in morning with really bad lower abdominal pain and felt alot of pressure down there, I immediately took it out but the pain continued for about another hour so bad that I was nearly being sick. It then started to subside but I still feel abit tender. I examined myself and I seem very swollen around the top of my vagina. I guessing this new one is too big and was putting pressure on everything all night and probably set everything of into a spasm. But the next size down is too small. I dont get it. Cant go back to clinic as they only open wednesday evening. Anyone have any advice? If you have read this far thankyou
