Looking for a supportive pillow or backrest to stop me sliding down in bed

For various medical reasons I need to sleep half-sitting up - not completely upright, but at an obtuse angle of around 120 degrees. At the moment I’m using various arrangements of pillows, but find that during the night the pillows dislodge and I slip down. If I end up flat, I wake up in pain or feeling sick.

So I’m looking for some sort of orthopaedic pillow - I looked on Amazon but it’s hard to know where to start, and you read very positive and very negative reviews of the same items. Also would rather avoid buying from China.

Any recommendations welcome (are there any specialist shops?)

Have you tried something under your knees? I remember in hospital the beds can fold upwards at the knee which helps stop slide.
Other than that maybe raise the foot of the bed?

@PattiPatty Yes I could certainly try a couple of pillows under the knees…thanks

Couldn’t really raise bottom of the bed - it’s a double and I’m not sure how DH would react!
I’ve seen those split beds on tv, where one side levers up - but I’m reluctant to change the bed as it’s incredibly comfortable otherwise.
