Hello there, I’ve just got a blood test back and my vitamin D levels appear to be high. I don’t know why because I don’t supplement. I don’t take any vitamins or supplements of any sorts.

I don’t have any signs of illness or infection, other than the fatigue that I went to the doctors with, that I assumed was peri menopause.

I’ve been reading up about vitamin D toxicity (and the causes) and have worked myself into a bit of a panic.

Has anyone else ever experienced similar? Or know anything about this?

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
