Ok dd 12 has gone from a zero to 32c in about 6 weeks.
She is slight otherwise and looks like she will be following in my footsteps ( size 10 with 34g bust ).
Consequently she has developed really quite severe purple streckmarks on her breasts.I have reassurred her that it is normal and it doesnt seem to bother her but i wonder if there is anything i can do to help . I have told her to apply coco butter every day and she has good bras .
Will they go with her being so young ?
Anyone else had similar ?
She is otherwise entirely comfortable with her body and i am not making an issue out of it - just need a bit of reassurrance thats it is in fact normal so young and would appreciate any advice on what i could do to minimise them .

I got them too, when I quickly devolped as a child! Last year someone on here was talking about how wonderful bio oil is for stretch marks at the time my daughter who is 13 had just sprouted! very quickly and also had purple stretch marks, we brought her some (not cheap) and it has made all the difference. I have to say the bio oil lasted for a long time and dd was using it on her legs after shaving too. It is worth every penny.

sorry about that.

Tell her to put some on the side of her hips too! I know I'm not the only person to get stretch marks on the side on my hips in my early teenage years.

I got stretchmarks on my breasts as a teenager, as they grew very quickly. However, before very long the stretchmarks started fading, and they are now just very pale streaks - I can only see them if I look very closely. I didn't put anything on them at all, save possibly normal moisturiser. So I think just reassure her that they will fade
