Meaning of PT referral entry

Hi there
Saw physio yesterday for severe back pain, sciatica, pins and needles in legs, drop foot and leg weakness
Was given an urgent referral for MRI..but will take 2-4 weeks
On NHS app he has written 'TOP over lower lumber L5 central'
Does anyone know what this means?

Tenderness on palpitation and the L5 lumbar refers to the area of the spine
