Sinusitus, pregnant, flying on Friday

I am suffering with sinusitus, can't take antibiotics because of pregnancy, and have a holiday booked. Any safe treatment to alleviate the symptoms, (alternative, herbal, orthodox )suggestions welcome.

I also had this prob and was told (by my gp) that I could use a beconase spray whilst pg.
The spray is really for hayfever and allergies but I found it really calmed the sinusitis down.

have you tried pulsatilla?
wrked really well for me during pgcy.

I would get a netti pot and use it all the way through pregnancy. Totally safe and keeps sinusitus at bay.
