Can you make one?

I had to get a foam neck collar once from the docs and they didn't have my size, so they improvised by chopping a bit off one and stuffing it in a tuby bandage to tie round my neck.
very attractive but done the job!

I got one today.

My local chemist didn't have one but they ordered one for me.
And then I went to the other nearby chemist and they had one. It's much better than the cloth one.
