sore breasts and not pregnant or premenstrual

My norks both ache, in the way they always do before I get my period or when I'm in the early stages of pregnancy
Now, I had my period 10 days ago (they started aching before and just didn't stop on the first day the way they usually do) and I'm not pregnant - a) I just had my period and it was normal and b) dh had the snip 3 years ago.

It's getting annoying. Any idea what can cause this and how I can make it go away?

did you end up going to the doctor's?

no i didn't, i just never seemed to find the time. Its happened again this month. Such tenderness. I thought that when I read about perimenopause. I'm 33.
