I’ve developed health anxiety badddd since having my second son and developing post partum pre eclampsia. I had to monitor my BP for a few weeks after and submit to GP to wean me off all the tablets they had me on.

im still having to monitor for my own sanity.

in a morning it’s in the 120’s over 70s but in the afternoons it’s 133/85 is this okay?

first reading is always sky high because in that scared of what it’s going to say but after 2/3 readings it always does come down.

thank you!!!

I would say it was fine. Mine is always higher the first time and gets lower with each one done. Also make sure you are sitting down relaxed for 5 minutes before taking and sitting upright. I have had pre eclamsia twice so I know it is a worry.

Thank you! It’s such a worry. All day I’m constantly thinking about it so I know my stress is making it higher. It’s a vicious circle 😂
