Pic attached...

The lymph nodes/glands there, i can feel one, its rubbery and moveable and i can always feel it. Cant feel one on the other side, id say it was the size of a smallish butter bean.
Been to one gp who said it felt a bit thickened and that its a reactive lymph node and another gp who had a quick feel of my thyroid glands and could feel nothing.
Fyi i am a hypochondriac, terribly, i cant sleep or eat and im 18 weeks pregnant so isnt helping.

Fyi pic is my fingers locating where it is, it does not stick out of my neck and i can only feel it if i go hunting and i know exactly where it is as ive felt it that often 🫠🫠🫠 sorry... rant over...

It is vital that you get help for your anxiety before your child is born.

Things you can do (from link below)

Self-help for health anxiety

Keep a diary

  • Note how often you check your body, ask people for reassurance, or look at health information.
  • Try to gradually reduce how often you do these things over a week.
Challenge your thoughts
  • Draw a table with 2 columns.
  • Write your health worries in the 1st column, then more balanced thoughts in the 2nd. For example, in the 1st column you may write, "I'm worried about these headaches" and in the 2nd, "Headaches can often be a sign of stress".
Keep busy with other things
  • When you get the urge to check your body, for example, distract yourself by going for a walk or calling a friend.
Get back to normal activities
  • Try to gradually start doing things you've been avoiding because of your health worries, such as sports or socialising.
