Just been informed that nursery have had a confirmed case of strep A. My 3yo is due to go tomorrow (she goes 3 days per week). I have a 4 month old. Should I keep my 3yo off nursery in case she catches it and/or passes it on to the baby? Or is that over the top? I wfh around the baby at the moment (have my own business) and it would be tricky but not impossible to keep her home!
